Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a paid Pickle Leagues subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until your current paid period ends.
2. Subscription Refunds
New subscription purchases are eligible for a refund request within 7 days of initial purchase.
After the first 7 days, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.
3. Event and Program Registrations
League, ladder, tournament, clinic, and program registrations may have organizer-specific cancellation and refund terms.
The applicable policy is shown at registration time and must be accepted before checkout or submission.
4. Marketplace and Coaching
Marketplace transactions and coach bookings may have separate seller/coach-specific terms. Pickle Leagues is not the merchant of record for peer-to-peer marketplace transactions.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refund processing times can vary based on your bank and card provider.
